After several nervous breakdowns, JESUS COMPLEX returns with the follow-up to its debut album “I WOKE UP DEAD”. The new release is called “GREETINGS FROM THE DEAD” and features 13 new tracks of horror, anger, heartbreak and despair. The new album sees a slight change in sound for JESUS COMPLEX. In addition to the more familiar electro-industrial territory of songs like “Greetings From The Dead” and “Till Death Do Us Part,” and slow creepy organ-ballads such as “I Want To Murder You,” the direction also splits into what some have described as “future-punk”, with the anthem “I’m Not The Enemy” and sarcastic “Worry (Don’t Be Happy)”. There are rawer vocals, more electric guitars, soundbytes and atmospheric textures and melodies to accompany the downbeat, sad and morose lyrics about death, depression, hatred, murder and revenge.
